With more than 20 years’ experience in the mining and resources industry, Michael has a proven track record of exceeding business objectives in challenging environments.
Michael has a maintenance and operations background that has seen him successfully lead both underground and open cut operations and is renowned for his ability to solve entrenched issues and deliver outstanding results.
With a career that has spanned across base metals and coal , Michael has also established a successful international consulting and operational services business that provides innovative solutions for both short and long-term opportunities – once again demonstrating his ability to deliver and embed measurable and sustainable outcomes.
Michael is a co-founder of Omni Resources and brings demonstrated technical and operational success that will generate exceptional outcomes from mining projects; removing waste and prioritising the delivery of latent capacity and value realisation.
Lucas Dow
Director
Lucas is a career Mining Engineer who has worked across a range of commodities and international geographies. Having worked across operational roles ranging from shift supervisor through to chief executive officer, he is regarded for his ability to develop and operate mining projects with challenging environments and conditions.
During the course of Lucas’ career with such companies as BHP, New Hope, South32 and Adani Mining he has repeatedly demonstrated the expertise to successfully reconfigure and lead challenged resource projects in order to safely deliver superior outcomes.
As a co-founder of Omni Resources, Lucas is deploying his decades of experience to acquire, develop and successfully operate mining projects that others may consider to be materially challenged.
